This list ranks F2P MMOs by how little money buys, using the pay-to-win meter players fill in on every game: Cosmetic only, Convenience, Time skips, Power for sale and Pay-to-win. Only games scoring 6.5 or higher make the cut, so these are good games first and fair ones second.
